Ask Dr. Tseday: October 16, 2008
Anonymous from La Jolla, California asks: My so-called girlfriend set me up with a guy. Then I found out she’s sleeping with him. I’m really pissed off. Should I confront her?
Dr. Tseday responds: Confront her for what? She showed you she has no character or decency. Ask this question instead: “Do I want to associate with someone with no character?” If you do, you’re no better than she is. The right answer is: “No, I don’t want a friend like this.” End the relationship.
