Ask Dr. Tseday: February 3, 2009
HB from Upland, CA asks: I have marriage issues. Is there a book you can recommend?
Dr. Tseday responds: Know that whatever book you decide to read, it’ll all boil down to changing the behaviors that don’t benefit you or your marriage. Instead of spending time searching for a book, spend your time reflecting and introspecting on the behaviors you have to change. By the way, I have no doubt you already know what you ought to change.
