Ask Dr. Tseday: January 3, 2010
MM from Houston, TX asks: You recently wrote an article on long-distance relationships. Are you saying they don’t work?
Dr. Tseday responds: No. What I’m saying is that the two people in the relationship don’t really know each other well because neither has put forth their true selves during the long-distance relationship. Therefore, neither is in a position to know if the other is a compatible partner.
