“I want to be accepted, be where I’m accepted,” she said to me yesterday.

“Funny how you go around looking for my acceptance and I don’t,” I responded.

There’s this tendency for folks to automatically put themselves beneath others simply because they’re the minority in thought, liking, opinion, perspective, ambition, etc.

Rather than Majority-Minority, how about Decency, Character, and Civility determine who we’re going to accept?

You’re perfect as you are, EW.
